Diagnosis. Dorsal part of metapleural suture around horizontal groove foveolate (Fig. 2); rarely completely foveolate (Fig. 17). Base of syntergite with long median groove (Fig. 12); ovipositor sheath without long hairs ventrally (Fig. 4).
