Remarks: Morphological information in the paper (Maran, 1977) and photographs of the type specimen (Natural Museum Prague) belonging to Isophya iraca, which was described by Maran from Northern Iraq, were examined. Accordingly, in terms of shape of pronotum, elytra, cercus and subgenital plate in males, it was understood that this species must belong to the same population as Isophya hakkarica, which was previously described by Karabağ (1962) from Hakkari province. Therefore, the population of Northern Iraq should be considered as Isophya hakkarica .
