Type Locality: Indonesia, "Borneo", Kalimantan; "Bornéo, [near] Banjermassing [Banjarmasin]" (Jentink, 1892:192); "the neighborhood of the village Poeloe-Lampej [Pululampei], not off [i.e. not far from?] the bank of the Moloekko-river [Molukko River], South-eastern Borneo" (Jentink, 1905:161).
