Notably, there is another genus of Dilaridae in South Asia, i.e. Neonallachius Nakahara, 1963, based on the record in Hynd (1992). Neonallachius can be clearly distinguished from Dilar by the forewing MA separating from R but not from RA (see Liu et al. 2017).
