Distribution in Iran. Mazandaran (Sakenin et al. 2008), northern Iran (no locality cited) (Farahbakhsh 1961; Modarres Awal 1997b).

General distribution. Ponto-Mediterranean, Near East, southern Russia, Ukraine.

Host plants. On cabbage, colza, mustard, raddish, turnip, other cultivated and wild Brassicaceae plants (Modarres Awal 1997b), Raphanus raphanistrum ( Brassicaceae) (Sakenin et al. 2008); on Salsolaceae and Santalaceae (Derjanschi & Péricart 2005) .
