Distribution in mainland China: SC, YN (Chen 2011). New record for CQ #, Youyang, Taohuayuan National Forest Park, 28°85.32’N108°74.80’E, 946m, 28.iv.2018, light, K.D. Zhao (1) (IOZ).

Other distribution. Endemic to China.

Biology. The collection labels of the specimens from NME and IOZ show the species was collected only from altitudes above 1800m in Yunnan and above about 1000m in Chongqing. This indicates that it is a montane species. The specimens were collected at light or with flight intercept traps .
