Calvariopsis sp., female, Colombia, Gorgona Island

Material examined. Female (NHM): “ Colombia: \ Gorgona Island. \ Oct. 1924 \ St. George Expedn. \ C. L. Col- lenette”; “On \ herbage”; “Brit. Mus. \ 1924.—488.”.
Notes on morphology. Body of moderate size (TL 2.8 mm), brown, each elytron with two round concavities in apical portion (Fig. 8C), small hooked tuft of setae present in adsutural portion of each elytron. Bursal sclerite missing in the studied specimen, only ovipositor and sternite VIII present. Gonocoxites widely triangular (Fig. 27C), with subapical gonostyli.
Remarks. Included in group I due to the following characters: elytra with distinct foveate excitators, wide gonocoxites with subapical gonostyli.
