Genus Jugurtia de Saussure

Jugurtia eurycara Kostylev

Material examined: Markazi: Tafresh: Rudbār- Gharejāghieh, 1450m., 25.V.2002, 22.VI.2002, leg. Sobhāni.

Remarks: Both species have been previously recorded from Iran (see Carpenter, 2001).

Also described from Iran, but not collected as part of the present study, are the species Jugurtia irana Kostylev and Jugurtia zarudnyi Kostylev.

Two other genera of Masarinae have been recorded from Iran in the literature (Carpenter, 2001) and are in the key to genera, but were not recently collected:
