Adult (Fig. 1). Wing expanse 11.0–16.0 mm.

Distribution: China (Sichuan, Yunnan, Tibet), India.

Diagnosis: This species is characterized by the forewing with a broad transverse dark brown band extending from costal 3/7 obliquely to before tornus, narrowed and curved at fold; the uncus with a small triangular process at middle on caudal margin, and the juxta semicircular ventrally and triangular dorsally in the male genitalia (Fig. 9); the sternum VIII U-shaped and the ostium bursae ring-shaped in the female genitalia (Fig. 16).
