Type. Holotype: ♀, Jianfengling, Hainan, China, 5.V.1964, Chen Tai-Lu (IZCAS).

Distribution. Hainan (Bawangling, Jianfengling and Yinggeling), Guangdong and Guizhou, China. Notes. Chen and He (1996b) provided the first description of male.
