DISTRIBUTION: C Sulawesi, south to Latimojong, northeast to Gorontalo (Indonesia); Togian Isis (Indonesia).

STATUS: CITES - Appendix II; IUCN - Vulnerable as M. hecki .

SYNONYMS: hecki, tonsus, togeanus .
