Host Records — Insignorthezia insignis (Browne) infesting olives; Praelongorthezia olivicola (Beingolea) infesting olives, Olea europaea, and infesting Citrus . Note —The report of this species by Artigas (1994) does not specifically state that it is in Chile, but rather, states that the host ortheziid species is present in Chile, and this fly is among the predators of the ortheziid. However, the first author has verified specimens of this species from the region indicated.
