Distribution in Thailand: N–– Chiang Mai Prov. (Doi Angkhang) and W–– Kanchanaburi Prov. (Sahakorn Nikhom Community Forest) (Kawabe 1995; KKIC).

Remarks: Specimens from Thailand were collected in mixed deciduous forest and hill evergreen forest and at 695– 1,450 m.
