Paratypes: 2♀ 6♂, same data as the holotype; 1♀, Xizang Autonomous Region, Nyingchi City, Mainling County, Pai Town, 9 Sep 2013, leg. Panlong Wu.

Etymology. The species name is derived from the type locality; adjective.

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to A. proxima (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1871), but the male can be distinguished by: 1) the membranous, narrow base of the median apophysis (vs sclerotized and wide); 2) the long RTA (vs short); and 3) the downward bending conductor (vs upward). The female can be distinguished from A. proxima by: 1) the wide septum (vs narrow); 2) the presence of two hoods on anterior septum (vs without hoods); and 3) the direction of the large copulatory openings, which are directed obliquely upwards.
