Genus Dohrniphora Dahl
Dohrniphora Dahl 1898: 188 . Type species: D. dohrni Dahl, by monotype.
Diploneura, subgenus Dohrniphora: Schmitz 1929: 107 .
Crepidopachys Enderlein 1912: 16 . Type species C. longirostrata Enderlein, by original designation. Synonymized by Malloch 1913: 24.
Pronomiorpha Enderlein 1912: 46 . Type species P. rostrata Enderlein, by original designation. Synonymized by Malloch 1913: 24.
The diagnostic characters of the genus were felicitously described by Kung and Brown (2005). The distinction between Dohrniphora and the closely related genus Diplonevra was clearly clarified by Disney (1990a, b).
