Dohrniphora malaysiae Green, 1997:159 .
Dohrniphora rectilinearis Liu, 2001:104 (syn. nov.).
Green (1997) took notice of the similarity between D. malaysiae and D. rectilinearis Liu (Liu 1993, an unpublished thesis) and declared the difference by the distance of peg-like bristles to the edge. I checked the type specimen and considered both are homogeneous. According to the Law of Priority, I recognize D. rectilinearis Liu as a junior synonym of D. malayiae Green.
Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Yunnan, Hainan), Malaysia.
