The Thyropygus induratus subgroup
A subgroup of the T. allevatus group, characterized by the following gonopodal characters:
1. An uncate subterminal lobe on the telopodite (Figs. 1–8, indicated as usl; Hoffman 1975: figs. 6, 8) 2. No additional projection (amp) on the anterior coxal fold (present in both opinatus and bifurcus subgroups) 3. A single femoral spine
4. No spatulate lobe on the telopodite
