Diagnosis: Characterized by wing with an uninterrupted costal band, isolated discal and subapical bands, scutum with large black patches, scutellum with a broad yellow base and three large apical black spots and abdomen without a black band on tergite III (Hardy, 1973; Hancock and Drew, 1999). Previously recorded from northern Thailand, Laos and southern China (Hancock and Drew, 1999), A. incompleta is newly recorded from northern India (Meghalaya and Sikkim).
