Limnonectes kuhlii (Tschudi, 1838) — Erroneous.

Singapore records.
Limnonectes kuhlii — Das & Haas, 2005: 380.
Remarks. Das & Haas (2005) cited Leong & Chou (1999) as a source for larval identification of L. kuhlii from Singapore. As L. kuhlii was not included in Leong & Chou (1999), and Das & Haas (2005) already included L. malesianus in their checklist, it’s most likely that they wrongly recognised L. blythii as L. kuhlii . Limnonectes kuhlii is a species complex composed of up to 22 cryptic lineages occurring throughout Asia that has since been broken up into numerous species (McLeod 2010), but no lineage ever existed in Singapore.
