Note:— In the protologue, Yang (1945) designated Y. C. Yang 3798 as the type, but he did not specify the herbarium where the type is deposited. Three duplicates at NAS (00070870) and PE (00028953, 00028954) were traced, and all of them are syntypes according to Art.9.6 (Turland et al. 2018). All of them have the handwritten of Yang and annotation of “type”. The duplicate PE00028954, which Lin & Yang (2016) stated as “ holotype ”, is designated as the lectotype due to its good condition. Yang also cited five gatherings as the paratypes, of which, three specimens are found at CQNM.
