Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy (1931: 233) .
Type: CHINA. Guangxi [Kwangsi]: Luocheng Xian [Luchen], [Tang Giar Poo], elev. ca. 300 m, 23 May 1928, R. C. Ching 5247 (BM000574771, lectotype designated by Chen & Nooteboom 1993; isolectotypes, CQNM0015718, IBSC0014013, NAS00040740, NAS 00040741, NY00320681, PE00028324, SYS00050450, SYS00050449).
≡ Woonyoungia septentrionalis (Dandy) Y.W.Law (1997: 356) .
Note:— In the protologue, Dandy (1931) indicated R. C. Ching 5247 in “Herb. Brit. Mus.; Herb. New York Bot. Gard.” as the types and both are syntypes under Art. 9.6 (Turland et al. 2018). When they indicated the only duplicate at BM as the holotype, Chen & Nooteboom (1993) achieved to designate a lectotype for the name and the usage of term “ holotype ” by them is a correctable error to “ lectotype ” under Art. 9.10.
