Hendersonula palnensis (Carl, 1941)

Pygmaeosoma palnense Carl, 1941b: 576 (D). India, Palnai Hills, near Poombarai, Kodaikanal & Vandaravu. Remark: Since Pygmaeosoma is a subjective junior synonym of Hendersonula (cf. Hoffman, 1980: 132), P. palnense must be transferred to Hendersonula, a transfer that seems not to have been formalized. Because both nominal species of Hendersonula stem from the same area in southern India, they may be synonymous.
