Sorolopha tenuirurus Liu & Bai, 1982: 168, plates I: 8, II: 13 (adult, 3 genit., China: Sichuan).

Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the hindwing having a row of hairs along lower edge of cell and CuA1, and by the asymmetrical valvae in male genitalia: compared to the right valva, the left valva possesses a shorter neck, a slightly longer apex, and a broader, shorter ventral prominence of the cucullus. It resembles S. chiangmaiensis Kawabe, 1989 both externally and in male genitalia, but can be separated from it by the valva with a straight neck and the ventral prominence of the cucullus without the cluster of long spines at outer angle.
