26. Comatricha cf. rigidireta Nann. -Bremek., Proc. Kon. Ned. Akad. Wetensch., C. 69(3): 352 (1966).
Specimen examined. PERU. Ancash: Yungay, Yungay, Huascaran N.P., Llanganuco sector, Abra Portachuelo, route AN-106, km 42, 4579 m, 9º02′38.5”S, 77º35′48.9”W, 19 Apr 2013, leaves of grasses, Lado 22791 (MA-Fungi 95003) .
Notes. We approximate it to C. rigidireta because of its stalk with basal intertwined fibres, subglobose sporotheca, capillitium forming at the periphery of a rigid net, and spores of 11-13 µm diam. It also resembles C. nigra (Pers. ex J.F. Gmel.) J. Schröt., but this species’ peripheral net is finer, and the spores are smaller, 7.5–9 µm diam.
