Distribution. Mainland Greece. C. transversum has not yet been reliably recorded outside mainland Greece.
Pollen hosts. Oligolectic on Dipsacoideae (Sedivy et al. 2008; Ebmer 2009). Flower records: Knautia integrifolia, Scabiosa argentea (Ebmer 2009) .
Nesting biology. Unknown.
