Distribution. Western to eastern Turkey, Cyprus, northern Iraq and Levant (Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Palestine).

Pollen hosts. Probably oligolectic on Ranunculus ( Ranunculaceae) (Sedivy et al. 2008, as Chelostoma species 2).

Nesting biology. Unknown.
