Remarks. Other two forms were collected in Uzbekistan:
(i) Chrysis splendidula chlorisans du Buysson, 1895 . Material examined: 1♂, 50 km W of Pahtakor, 24.V.1994, leg. M. Halada (MHC).
(ii) Chrysis splendidula subaurata Radoszkowski, 1891 . Material examined: 1 ♂, Samarkand env., 19– 21.V.1994, leg. M. Halada (MHC); 2♀, Aktaš, 70 km N of Tashkent, 27.V.1994, leg. M. Halada (MHC, PRC); 1♂, 1♀, Aman Kutan, 1200m, Samarkand, 2.V.1977, leg. K. Deneš (MHC) .
The first was originally described as variety and considered a subspecies of Chrysis splendidula by Linsenmaier (1959); the second was listed as a valid species by Kimsey & Bohart (1991) and synonymised with C. splendidula by Rosa et al. (2015c). However, these forms deserve re-evaluation, possibly by means of molecular analysis to correctly assess their status.
Distribution. Uzbekistan (new record), West Palaearctic to Central Asia (Linsenmaier 1959; Rosa et al. 2017a).
