Oxypleurodon luzonicum (Rathbun, 1916)

Material examined. 1 female (pcl 8.8 mm, pcw 6.0 mm) (MNHN-IU-2011-2111), stn DW3732, Au Large, Papua New Guinea, 08°16’S 150°29’E, 340–358 m, coll. BIOPAPUA, 9 October 2010 .

Remarks. The taxonomy of this species has been discussed at length by Griffin (1976), Guinot & Richer de Forges (1986), Richer de Forges & Ng (2009) and Lee et al. (2017). This is a new record for Papua New Guinea.
