Material examined. 1♀ (ZJUH), “ [S. China:], Hubei, Shennongjia, Yuzhendalongtan, 29.ⅴ.2002, Yang Luqing, No. 201204600”.
Short redescription. Body dark brown; body length of 2 mm, length of fore wing of ♀ 2.3 mm; antenna blackish (Figs 26G, 26H); mandible brownish, with fourth tooth distinctly visible (Figs 26K, 26L); pronope shallow and small, side of pronotum partly granulate posteriorly; notauli absent; medio-posterior depression of mesoscutum shallow and rather long; precoxal sulcus absent (Figs 26C, 26D); pterostigma and other veins yellowish, pterostigma moderately developed, vein r about equal to width of pterostigma; vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal; vein 2-SR of fore wing twice as long as vein r; vein r shorter than width of pterostigma (Figs 26A–B); legs dark brown, hind femur more robust, widened apically (Fig. 25A); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.30 × as long as fore wing and 0.37 × the body (Figs 26E–F).
