Material examined. 1 ♀ (ZJUH), China, Ningxia, Mt. Liupan, 3–14. vii.2009, Chen Huayan, No. 202306432 .

Short redescription. Body black (Fig. 5); body length of ♀ 3.2 mm, length of fore wing of ♀ 3.4 mm; antenna with 28 antennomeres (Fig. 6O); mandible brownish, with fourth tooth distinctly visible (Figs 6M–N); side of pronotum (partly) granulate anteriorly (Fig. 6C); mesoscutum smooth, shiny and glabrous; notauli crenulate, present on basal half of mesoscutum; medio-posterior depression rather long, elliptical (Fig. 6D); vein 1-CU1 of fore wing 3–3.5 × as long as vein 2-CU1, vein m-cu of fore wing distinctly postfurcal, vein r issued near base of pterostigma, vein 1-SR of fore wing 2.0 × vein 2-SR (Figs 6A–B); legs brownish yellow; first tergite of metasoma similarly coloured as other tergites, as long as its apical width (Fig. 6F); length of ovipositor 1.5 × as long as hind tibia (Fig. 6G).
