Genus Ascalista Drivas & Jay, 1990

Type species: Zafra polita G. & H. Nevill, 1875

Diagnosis. Shell small, biconical. Surface smooth, apart from basal cords. Very narrow aperture, not denticulate with smooth rim on inside of outer lip.
