Type material. Holotype female at AMU (Syr. 330), paratypes: females at AMU, ZISP. Hosts and distribution. Rhynchotus rufescens (type host) ( Tinamiformes: Tinamidae), type-locality: PARAGUAY (Skoracki et al. 2012c); Nothura boraquira (Tinamidae), PARAGUAY, Puerto la Victoria, (AMU, ZISP) (Skoracki et al. 2012c); Nothura minor (Tinamidae), BRAZIL, Minas Gearis, (AMU) (Skoracki et al. 2012c). Habitat. Unknown.
