Type material. Holotype female at AMU, paratypes: females at AMU, BMNH. Hosts and distribution. Strix aluco (type host) ( Strigiformes: Strigidae), type-locality: ENGLAND, South Yorkshire, Worsbrough (Nattress & Skoracki 2009); Asio otus (Strigidae), POLAND, (AMU) (Skoracki et al. 2012a).

Habitat. Greater covert feathers.

Habitat. Tertiary, under-wing greater primary coverts, scapulars, secondary covert feathers.
