Paratype: White label 1 stating collection locality as “ F. Z. Coll. (Forest Zoological Collection). Dehra Dun [INDIA: Uttarakhand], 1.vii.1919 ”. White label 2 stating “ex. Gmelina arborea ”. White label 3 stating “ J. B. Corporaal, Paratype, Opilo discodirus Corp. ” .

Holotype deposited in BMNH.

Remarks. Right antenna missing. Left antenna with scape only. Left middle leg with femur only.

Both hind legs are missing.
