Specimens examined. 8 males (one of them photographed), 9 females (one of them photographed), CHINA: Weixian County (39°83'N, 114°53'E), Hebei Province, 12. VII. 2004, Guo-Qing LIU and Le-Yi ZHENG leg..
Diagnosis. Moderately large size, total length 4.45–4.51 (male), 3.76–3.96 (female); general coloration yellowish brown, head, pronotum and hemelytra (except cuneus) with dense, dark brown spots; cuneus yellow without dark spots, membrane translucid, coloration not uniform; vestiture composed of dense, recumbent, dark, simple setae and silvery setae; interocular distance shorter than width of eye in male; labium just reaching hind coxae; tibial spines dark with black base, tibiae darkened at base. Male genitalia (Figs. 28–31): Body of endosoma relatively slender, sigmoid, curving, apical portion as in Fig. 28.
Distribution. China (Hebei, recorded from China for the first time), Russia, Turkestan, Tajikistan, Kirghizia.
