Material examined. French Polynesia, Moorea I., 17°29.23'S, 149°53.02'W, intertidal reef flat, NMV J60849 (1 subadult male, cl. 3.0 mm; 2 females, cl. 3.5 mm). Motu I., 17°29.26'S, 149°54.1'W, FMNH UF29262 (one specimen from 13 lots collected).
Remarks. The species was described on the basis of only its holotype male. More than a dozen specimens were collected at Moorea Island, French Polynesia, near the type locality, by the Florida Museum of Natural History in 2008 and 2010. The appendix interna on pleopod 2 is the same as in the type species (Fig. 4 e). The synonymy was discussed under the genus heading above.
