Notes:— Herrick & Cameron (1994) listed AK 170505! as a syntype. However, it cannot be a syntype because the protologue states that the type specimen (singular) was in the Herbarium Plant Research Bureau, Wellington, which corresponds today to CHR (Wright 1984).

Additionally, unlike CHR 50003, which mentions only Simpson as the collector, the specimen at AK indicates both Simpson and Thomson.
