Material examined. Victoria. 8/6/0, Pond 3 km W of Traralgon, along Princess Highway, 22-x-1997. Description. First coxal plates with two long setae in posteromedial corner, third and fourth coxae each with one long seta. Male: L/W 1769–2050 / 1588–1829. Female: L/W 2070–2211 / 1849–1990.
Remarks. Lundblad (1947) did not illustrate the setae on the coxal plates in any of the Hydrachna species. Previously known from New South Wales and Victoria.
