SYNONYMS: cuneatus, feae, monticola, refulgens, shortridgei .

COMMENTS: Includes feae, monticola, and refulgens; see Hill and Yoshiyuki (1980:180, 186); but also see Sinha (1973:620-621) who considered monticola a distinct species.
