Sarcophaga (Rosellea) suthep Pape & Bänziger, 2003: 52 . Type locality: Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Doi Suthep, above Sangwal School, 1240 m. Holotype ³ (SMNH) (examined).

Specimens examined. Holotype previously examined by TP as part of the original description. Distribution. Oriental: Thailand, Vietnam.

Biology. Unknown. Bänziger & Pape (2004) reported this species from Thailand but did not make any biologi- cal observations.

Remarks. Our placement of S. suthep within Cornexcisia is based on the evident synapomorphies with S. cyg- nocerca, as given in the subgeneric diagnosis.
