Remarks. It is clearly evident, that the species was named according to sinuate anterior border of the clypeus, hence the correct spelling is Neosericania excisoclypeata, since the Latin word "excisus" is the correctly spelled adjective for the form of this structure. The original spelling is a lapsus calami, since the name was correctly spelled in figure captions. The erroneous spelling in Ahrens (2006b) was due to editorial changes made after the manuscript was submitted.
