Taxonomy: Dundubia bifasciata Liu, 1940 was synonymized with D. hainanensis (Distant, 1901) by Beuk (1996), but this species is not found in Thailand. The Thai specimens of D. bifasciata were transferred to D. nagarasingha by Beuk (1996).
