Trinoridia tripectinata (Nielson): Nielson 2015: 74.

Measurements. Male 7.4−7.5mm long, 1.8 mm wide across eyes and 2.2 mm wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum.

Material Examined. INDIA: Tripura: 2 ♂, Ishanchand nagar, 16.vii.2011, Net sweeping N. M. Meshram; 1 ♂, Kolasib, 24.iv.2012, Mercury vapor light, Rony, K. (NPC); Assam: 2 ♂, Marghertia, 163.5m, 27 0 15’47.4” N, 095 0 45’59.8” E, 14.ix.2014, sweep net, Yeshwanth H.M (UASB) .

Remarks. Coloration and structure of the specimens agreed well with the description of the species by Nielson (1982), except that the head is ochraceous, frontoclypeus with lateral reddish brown stripe along frontal suture extending on clypellus, latter with reddish tinge medially, legs ochraceous (Figs. 3 K, 6 K, 9 I). Male genitalia (Figs. 50 A–H) also shows some variation: the styles are asymmetrical, the right one shorter with emarginate apophysis on distal 1/3, left style long, cylindrical and narrowed apically with blunt apex, both the styles with rugose apophyses (Fig. 50 G). Intraspecific variations are evident in this widely distributed species. This species known originally from Thailand is a new record for India.
