Distribution. China (Hunan Province) (Yang et al. 2019: 557, 562).

Biology. Reared from green, pumpkin-shaped terminal galls on new shoots and inflorescence stems of Lithocarpus glaber (Thunb.) Nakai (Yang et al. 2019) . The gall inducer has yet to be confirmed.
