Description (5 males and 3 females measured). Habitus as in Fig. 94. On average, body larger (length 9.0– 10.5 mm, mean 10.0 mm), elytra relatively wider and shorter (EL/EW 1.43–1.54, mean 1.47, and EL/PL 2.59–2.80, mean 2.77), pronotum in central portion very finely punctate or almost impunctate, elytral preapical sinuation (Fig. 96) in most specimens slightly shallower and internal sac of aedeagus (Fig. 100) without distinct curved spiny patch in apical portion near apical spine.
Distribution (Fig. 106). The nominotypical subspecies is known from northwestern Yunnan (China), where it occurs at altitudes of 1400–2130 m.
