Remarks. The genus has representatives in China, Indochina, Nepal, India and now Pakistan (Metcalf 1963a; Duffels & van der Laan 1985; Sanborn et al., 2007; Boulard, 2008; Lee, 2008; Lee, 2009; Sanborn, 2009).
