Type locality. Pakistan.

The species was originally described from Kashmir (Distant, 1888c). Specimens were collected at Chitral, N.W.F.P, Pakistan in bulk quantity on 18.VI.2007.

Remarks. The species has been reported from Afghanistan, Pakistan and India (Metcalf 1963c).
