Neotype: MZUSP 117155; one adult male, 616 mm (cited as 603 mm DW in Loboda et al. 2019) (Fig. 19); Marajó Bay, Colares, Pará, Brazil, 00º55’34’’S, 48º17’25’’W; depth not listed; F. Marques, et al.; 16 Aug 2007.
