Known distribution. ARGENTINA, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL (Minas Gerais, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Roraima, São Paulo), ECUADOR, GUYANA, PARAGUAY, PERU, SURINAME, VENEZUELA.

Remarks. Previously recorded only for the state of Piauí (Takiya et al. 2016) in the Northeast Region, this study provides the first record for the state of Maranhão [Caxias municipality].
