Distribution: Ecuador.

Records in Ecuador: Cotopaxi (San Francisco de las Pampas), Tungurahua (between río Negro and río Verde) and Zamora Chinchipe ( San Francisco Biological Reserve) .

Habitat: Litter and soil of montane forest. Litterbags of Puteria sp., Cavendishia zamorensis and Mollinedia sp.
